Process Clean AL

Fields of application

Process Clean AL is a specialized cleaning agent designed for use in warm water parts washers and similar equipment and is designed to operate at temperatures between 40 and 80 °C. The product is water-based, contains corrosion inhibitors, and is low-foaming. It easily dissolves oils, grease, soot, and other types of dirt, and leaves a clean surface. It can also be used for manual cleaning. Always follow the machine manufacturer’s recommendations. The pH level of the wash water in the machine should be below 10 and should be checked using pH test strips. The product is also suitable for use in tyre washing machines.

Application instructions

Process Clean AL is highly concentrated and must be diluted with water. For professional and industrial use only.

Dosage

Dosage: 1 – 5% (1:100 – 1:20)

Adjust the pH balance in the small parts wash. Temperature 40-80 °C. Does not foam above 60 °C.
