Process Clean AL is a specialized cleaning agent designed for use in warm water parts washers and similar equipment and is designed to operate at temperatures between 40 and 80 °C. The product is water-based, contains corrosion inhibitors, and is low-foaming. It easily dissolves oils, grease, soot, and other types of dirt, and leaves a clean surface. It can also be used for manual cleaning. Always follow the machine manufacturer’s recommendations. The pH level of the wash water in the machine should be below 10 and should be checked using pH test strips. The product is also suitable for use in tyre washing machines.

Application instructions

Process Clean AL is highly concentrated and must be diluted with water. For professional and industrial use only.

Dosage

Dosage: 1 – 5% (1:100 – 1:20)

Adjust the pH balance in the small parts wash. Temperature 40-80 °C. Does not foam above 60 °C.

Alkaline CIP Cleaner is a high alkaline low foaming cleaner, suitable for cleaning tanks, pipes, machines etc. wherever high demands on a low foaming product. The product can also be used in open vessels.

Application instructions

Apply the product with a brush, sponge, cloth, low pressure sprayer or use as CIP cleaning in pipes or machines. Let the product work for 2 – 30 minutes depending on what to be cleaned, the degree of soiling and the washing temperature. Then wipe or rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. Precaution: Never apply the producty to a warm/hot surface and prevent the product to dry on the surface. Be careful on repainted and sensitive metals and plastics. Try-out is recommended.

Dilute with water 2-5%.

Application instructions

Be careful on repainted and sensitive materials. Test wash is recommended.

Dilute with water in a ratio of 1:5-1:20 (5-20%).
