Process KS is a temporarily water-dilutable anti-corrosion / corrosion inhibitor for iron and steel. Mainly used in rinsing baths after cleaning/degreasing to prevent rust formation on damp goods.

Application instructions

Add anti-corrosion agent to the rinse water. Rinse the goods with rinsing water. Let the goods dry. Rinse temperature 20-90 °C. A higher temperature means that the goods dry faster and prevents the formation of flash rust

0.5-5% depending on temperature and material structure.

Apply to the surface and allow to work for some minutes, best to apply using low-pressure or similar. Optimal effects achieved using warm water for rinsing.

Dilute with water. Normal concentration is 0.5-2.0% solution. Temperature should not exceed 85°C. When cleaning water heaters etc. Dilute in water 1:6 – 1:20.

Application instructions

Apply the product with a low pressure sprayer. Let the product work for a few minutes, but do not let the product dry out. If necessary, treat the surface with a brush or similar. Rinse with water. Hot water enhances the cleansing effect.

Cannot be used on textiles. If you are unsure if a surface can tolerate Rust Remover Acid, you should perform a test on a small non-visible area. The product is strongly acidic and should not be released undiluted into the water/sewage system or nature. Rust Remover Acid reacts to alkalis.
Always rinse afterwards with plenty of water.

Should be diluted with water from 1 to 30% according to need.
