Process Clean AL is a specialized cleaning agent designed for use in warm water parts washers and similar equipment and is designed to operate at temperatures between 40 and 80 °C. The product is water-based, contains corrosion inhibitors, and is low-foaming. It easily dissolves oils, grease, soot, and other types of dirt, and leaves a clean surface. It can also be used for manual cleaning. Always follow the machine manufacturer’s recommendations. The pH level of the wash water in the machine should be below 10 and should be checked using pH test strips. The product is also suitable for use in tyre washing machines.

Application instructions

Process Clean AL is highly concentrated and must be diluted with water. For professional and industrial use only.

Dosage

Dosage: 1 – 5% (1:100 – 1:20)

Adjust the pH balance in the small parts wash. Temperature 40-80 °C. Does not foam above 60 °C.

Dipex is a highly effective polish remover that easily and safely
dissolves tough deposits with many layers of polish.
Developed for effective removal of polish for floor renovation. Low
pH. No discolouration of flooring. Approved for linoleum floors.

Application instructions

Spread the solution across small areas so that it does not dry and
allow to work for 10-15 minutes. Scrub carefully with a scrubbing
machine and coarse disc.
Use a scrubbing block for areas the machine cannot reach. Immediately
remove the solution using a water vacuum cleaner or similar.
For tough, numerous layers of polish, the removal procedure
may be repeated several times until the floor is polish free. Rinse
the floor surfaces immediately – twice with warm clean water. Immediately
remove rinsing water – use a water vacuum cleaner. The
floor should have a neutral pH value, check with a pH strip. Allow
the floor to dry carefully before primer/top and outer treatment is
begun.

Dosage

Normal dosage: 0.5-1 litre for 9 litres cold water.
For especially tough cases and for several layers: 1 litre to 4 litres
cold water. For removal of polyurethane polish: 1 litre to 2 litres
cold water.

Goaway is a fast polish remover that effectively and safely dissolves

–just light damp mopping with clean water is recommended
before applying new polish.

1 litre to 19 litres water. For especially tough cases and several
layers of polish: 1 litre to 9 litres water. For removal of polyurethane
polish.

each application to maintain 100% effectiveness. Or dosage as
